Jackson Thurling is one of the pioneers of the revitalization of Main Street in the early 1990s with his purchase and restoration of the original Humphries house at 52 Main Street, Warkworth built in 1850. Now affectionately known as The Yellow Bordello for its colourful past, it is now one of the most famous and photographed residences in Trent Hills. He is celebrating his 28th year of successful sales and his 11th year with Sotheby’s Realty. Fully established in the Warkworth and Trent Hills communities, in June 2023 he and Randall Pearle partnered to open up Sotheby’s Realty Northumberland Office on Main Street.
