I started real estate in 1989 proudly serving Northumberland County! I earned by Brokers License in 1993 and branched out on my own in 2004 with Sutton Group Northumberland Realty Inc. My goal was, and continues to be, to provide outstanding real estate services through my small boutique type brokerage. I was at 3 Main St in the Village for over 12 years but with technology as it is, I decided to move SGNRI to my farm-office! I also own 200 acres with crops and cattle. I continue to be a member of DRAR (Durham Region Association of Realtors) which is a partner board with TTREB and am also on PKAR (Peterborough Kawartha Association of Realtors). I am currently a designate with the REIC (Real Estate Institute of Canada) working on my FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) My FRI has been on my bucket list for many years!! Please do not hesitate to reach out for any of your real estate needs!!
