The Green Heron Personal Training Studio

Lyne offers fun-filled personal training sessions and strength building and spinning (HIIT) classes with a focus on improving strength, balance and coordination. She also offers a Functional Movement System (FMS) Screening for strong people (builders, sport players and farmers) who want to perform better and avoid injuries. This system pinpoints weaknesses and helps design a training program to correct them. FMS is the system used with athletes all over the world. Lyne also teaches a Low Carbs, High Fat or Ketogenic Weight Management Program. The key for success is the hormone insulin. Learn to monitor your insulin level and control it with simple and effective tools.
