Codrington Farmers’ Market, located beside the Community Centre (2992 Country Rd. 30, Codrington) is a vibrant, rural market featuring only local products: vegetables, seasonal fruit, honey, meat, cut flowers, plants, VQA wine, hard cider, baked items including bread and diabetic-friendly products, preserves, maple syrup, soaps, balms, teas, and some crafts. Hours: Sundays 10-2 mid-May through October. There is live music playing every week, which shoppers can listen to while enjoying delicious in-hand snacks. The venue is covered, and there is plenty of parking. There are picnic tables, playground equipment, a BMX area and a Walking Trail. The last Sunday of each month features an Artisan Market in the adjoining hall. No charge for admission. The Market is a proud member of Foodland Ontario and Farmers’ Markets Ontario.
